Şerban is a managing associate in the Dispute Resolution practice of the firm, practising general litigation with a focus on administrative and commercial matters. In particular, his expertise on administrative matters covers the public sector, regulatory frameworks, procurements, and transportation, and he has handled issues ranging from preliminary challenges relating to permits, licenses, authorizations and approvals to extensive court work dealing with tenders and public contracts, as well as planning and zoning.

He has substantial experience in complex employment disputes, including disciplinary investigations of senior management and termination cases.

With regard to labour law, Șerban has provided legal assistance and represented numerous clients in matters concerning challenges to the termination of employment contracts, work-related accidents, as well as disputes related to social security.

Şerban is experienced in commercial cases concerning the validity of contracts, debt recovery, trading conflicts and liability claims. His practice also includes advising clients regarding IP rights, and also on regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and insolvency.
