His real estate & construction practice spans the full transaction lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence to negotiation, signing, and post-closing matters, covering both large-scale commercial developments and residential projects. Laurențiu has accumulated significant experience in navigating the legal and regulatory frameworks governing land use, permitting, and construction in Romania.
In the energy sector, Laurențiu advises clients on the development, permitting, and regulatory aspects of energy projects, with a focus on the evolving legislative landscape shaping Romania's energy transition.
His defence industry practice addresses the distinct regulatory and transactional challenges of this highly specialised sector, including compliance with applicable national and European frameworks governing defence-related activities.
