Cristina is a Partner of the firm, advising clients on a wide range of international and domestic corporate transactions and complex matters. With extensive experience in competition & foreign direct investment (FDI), corporate, commercial, insurance, banking & finance, as well as European law and a client-oriented approach, Cristina has been involved in numerous high‑profile, multidisciplinary cross-border and domestic mandates and provides ongoing legal support to clients in their daily business operations.

Cristina is a recognised competition lawyer whose practice encompasses antitrust compliance, promotion and distribution, horizontal cooperation, cartel prevention, investigations, dawn raids and merger control, as well as unfair competition practices.

Building on her transactional and regulatory background, Cristina has developed significant expertise in FDI review and screening procedures, advising investors on regulatory frameworks, authorisation requirements and strategic considerations in complex cross-border transactions.

Cristina is a frequent contributor to leading competition and FDI law publications in Romania and abroad, and is an active speaker and participant at national and international competition and FDI law events.

Recently, our firm was appointed as the exclusive contributor to the Legal 500: Legal Landscapes | Romania | Investing In for FDI guide, a global resource offering practical insights into legislation and practice related to market entry, governmental approvals, FDI regimes, exit strategies and tax considerations across numerous jurisdictions. Cristina is one of the authors of the Romanian chapter of this guide.
