Building on her transactional and regulatory background, Cristina has developed significant expertise in FDI review and screening procedures, advising investors on regulatory frameworks, authorisation requirements and strategic considerations in complex cross-border transactions.
Cristina is a frequent contributor to leading competition and FDI law publications in Romania and abroad, and is an active speaker and participant at national and international competition and FDI law events.
