Her experience also covers reviewing and negotiating lease agreements for office premises, including any related fit-out agreements.

She assists clients in M&A transactions, covering due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (including foreign direct investment and sector-specific approvals) and providing support on post-closing matters.

She is also advising clients on day-to-day corporate and commercial legal matters related to their business operations.
