Anamaria Rotariu is a Senior Associate in our Commercial, Corporate, M&A, and Taxation practices.
She advises clients on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters. Her legal practice includes assisting with mergers and acquisitions transactions and supporting clients in managing complex competition law issues.
Anamaria’s expertise extends beyond legal work, encompassing corporate taxation. She assists companies across various industries with fiscal regulatory matters and related tax implications. Her professional credentials speak for themselves: she is a qualified member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants and holds the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) qualification issued by the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
