Ana is also actively involved in intellectual property projects, particularly in relation to digital platforms, content distribution, and brand protection.

Previously, Ana was involved in a wide range of litigation cases, gaining experience in representing clients before the courts. This background has provided her with a practical and interdisciplinary perspective on legal matters, enabling her to anticipate risks and understand the business implications of legal disputes. 

She works with both local and international clients across various industries, including software, e-commerce, digital platforms, and telecommunications, supporting senior lawyers in transactions, due diligence processes, and cross-border projects. Combining her litigation experience with her interest in technology and innovation, Ana helps clients address complex regulatory requirements while supporting their business growth in a rapidly evolving digital environment.
