We are pleased to announce the promotion of four members of our team, starting 30 March 2026. Roxana Daskălu has been promoted to Managing Associate, while Diana Ciubotaru, Dragoș Dobre, and Laurențiu Lungu have been promoted to Senior Associate.

Roxana Daskălu — Managing Associate
Roxana is a senior member of our Technology, Media and Telecommunications team. She advises local and international clients on intellectual property, data protection, telecommunications, IT and other technology matters.
She has extensive experience in high-profile litigation and regulatory proceedings, representing clients in cases across the digital, internet and telecom sectors. Her practice also covers large-scale digital transformation projects, where she provides legal guidance throughout the process.
Diana Ciubotaru — Senior Associate
Diana is a member of our Technology, Media and Telecommunications team. She advises local and international clients across a broad range of areas, including technology, media, telecommunications, data protection, intellectual property, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and complex IT frameworks.
Her work spans e-commerce, and emerging technology frameworks, as well as regulatory matters in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, retail, education, and advertising. She also supports clients with the legal aspects of their day-to-day commercial operations.
Dragoș Dobre — Senior Associate
Dragoș is a member of our Dispute Resolution practice, where he focuses on representing corporate clients in civil, commercial, and administrative disputes.
His experience further includes proceedings involving public authorities and public sector entities, as well as matters related to expropriation and administrative law.
Laurențiu Lungu — Senior Associate
Laurențiu is a member of our firm advising clients in the areas of real estate and construction, energy, and the defence industry.
His experience is built on advising on a wide range of transactional and regulatory issues, from the development and permitting of infrastructure projects to complex defence industry matters. Additional experience includes supporting clients in contract litigation matters in regulated industries.
