Wednesday, 14 June, starting with 9.00 am, Catalin Grigorescu takes part as speaker in the seminar Board of Directors‘ Liability in the context of the 2014/95/EU Directive applicable starting with 2018, organised by the Institute of Financial Studies at Rin Central Hotel.
The debate is dedicated to representatives of listed companies, public institutions, insurance and banking companies, but also to anyone interested in the subject and it addresses issues such as:
- Corporate liability of administrators and directors;
- Available type of insurances that cover associated risks;
- What Corporate Governance and Corporate Liability have in common;
- Non-financial reporting.
In his speech, Catalin Grigorescu will focus on analysing the legal and commercial aspects related to the D&O Liability (Directors & Officers Liability), its coverage and application limits, as well as its impact on the activity of private and public companies
