Tuesday, March 28, 2017, the Romanian-American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) together with the National Institute of Magistracy (INM), organizes a roundtable debate on labour legislation. Anca Grigorescu is part of the panel, alongside judges specialising in labour law and INM trainers gathered to discuss the most important topics regarding the employment legislation, giving companies the opportunity to address specific questions with INM representatives and labour law specialists.
The topics addressed include issues related to: the waiver of rights, holidays, non-compete clauses, patrimonial liability, trade unions, transfer of business, the burden of proof, the termination of the individual employment contract and reintegration practices.
