What are you expected to bring?

• 3–6 years of relevant post-graduation experience in a reputable law firm or an in-house legal department, with significant exposure to commercial contracts review and structuring, legal advisory work on general commercial aspects, and supply and distribution-related matters;
• Any experience in competition and/or FDI matters will be an advantage;
• Full qualification as a lawyer in Romania;
• Excellent command of English;
• A practical mindset, inquisitive approach and a good sense of humour;
• A strong interest in supporting clients through commercial solutions that are not just legally sound, but also business-oriented and sustainable.
• A genuine interest in developing your career within commercial law, with an openness to explore competition and FDI matters.
